  1. Why is IE9 bound to Windows Vista & Windows 7 Users only ? Is it purely a commercial reason or are there any technical incompatibility also ?

    1. Its definitely related to technical incompatiblity as well. Browsers like
      IE9 uses GPU Acceleration and a lot of AERO Graphics features which is
      available only after Vista.
