    Very good video. Your Indian accent makes your speech a bit hard to understand. You would be able to communicate your ideas better if you would somehow lose or lessen your thick accent.

    I've got Win XP in my company and it replicates the desktop and %userprofile% folder on any PC which I login from. So the same principle of File-Registry virtualization apply here .. ?

    Nope.. Virtualization/redirection works only on vista an windows 7.

    The behavior which you are explaining is called Roaming Profiles.
